Shipping costs for returning items are free.
Refund policy
Satisfaction is a top priority for our team and we do not rest until our customers are happy. thus we have a 16 days return policy that starts when you receive the product. If 16 days have gone by since you receive the product, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
-> To be eligible for a return, your item must be unsused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You should contact us and we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
-> Please do not send your purchase back to manucfaturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our.
- Any item that is returned more 16 days after delivery
-> Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
-> If you are approved , then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, with a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if appication):
-> If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact you credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

->If you've done all of this and you still have not reiceved your refund yet, please contact us.

-> Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We accept payments from all major Credit Card companies (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or regular bank account payments), including PayPal.
Items that are in stock and readily made will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
You entered the wrong
information for your order, please contact us (apparel@makipepeo.com) as soon
as possible. We'll do our best to change it for you, but we can't guarantee anything in this case as our orders are processed and shipped very quickly after
purchase.
Our items can sell out within hours and we may not be able to
restock them. However, if there is a particular item that you are interested in, please email us at apparel@makipepeo.com with a list of items so that you can
be placed on an email notification list. If the particular item you are interested in happens to become available again, we will be sure to notify you.
Yes! Shipping costs will be calculated on your order before you pay.
Yes! We offer same day delivery for orders in the Stavanger for free.
Depending on your location, shipping within the Norway will take
anywhere from 2-6 business days.
International orders can be delivered within 7-10 business days however this varies from country to country based on your respective CUSTOMS dept.
Yes! You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number about 1-2 business days after your order is placed. Make sure you also check your SPAM folder just in case our email gets stuck there.
We only accept returns for cases in which the item arrives damaged or if you have received the wrong item. If you need to return an item, please email us at apparel@makipepeo.com and we will do our best to make the return process as simple as possible.
